Proms don’t have to be overpriced!!
When I was in high school, a couple from our school went out to eat at McDonalds before the prom. McDonalds was conveniently located across the street from the convention center where the prom was being held.
The guy asked his date what she would like to eat. Looking over the menu, she decided on a #2 combo. The guy cancelled her order saying “No, no! We can’t order from that menu, what do you want off the Dollar Menu?”
